Juniors Training

This evening's training for juniors and beginners is at Leos at 6pm.

Club Handicap

Other training groups are cancelled and replaced by the club handicap 5 miles, meet 6:30pm by Eccup Reservoir, first runner will start at 6:45pm. There is a bit more information on the front page of the website www.valleystriders.org.uk

Kirkstall Races

The Kirkstall 7 on Sunday is sold out but there are still a few places for the two junior races (1 mile at 9am, 2 miles at 9:25am). These are likely to sell out before race day. Entries via www.racebest.com

Chevin Chase

Entries go on sale at www.runbritain.com on Sunday 7 October
