Lisa Wilyman’s 40^th , Saturday 27^th October

This is a surprise party so I’d better amend my “K to M” distribution list before I send the email.

Sorry for the late notice, Jonny had sent me a text a few weeks ago.

Party is at the White Swan at Yeadon, Lisa is expected to arrive at about 8pm so if you’re going and want to be part of the surprise, arrive before then.

Buffet meal and Jonny’s band will be playing.

If you are going, please text Lisa’s mum, Chris, on 07985 269 603, before Friday pm so she can arrange numbers.  Chris says not to phone as Lisa and family are living with her and Lisa will get suspicious if she gets lots of calls!

Elika’s leaving do, Sunday 28^th October

I will be having some boozy Chapel A drinks on Sunday 28th October. I think it's important to set the tone now as 'boozy' but it would be good to see the regulars and the not so regulars for my last week in the UK before moving to Hong Kong.

It's the same day as the Harewood trail and the plan is to meet in Hummingbird around 1:30pm for food &/or drinks. It's family friendly if people want to bring the kids and it would be good if everyone can make it for a few. I'm also keen to try the new local Chinese on Harrogate road so if anyone can stay out we can make a day of it. 

Marshals for Harewood Trail

We are nearly at full strength, we just need

· 2 to arrive early at Harewood 08:00 to put out some arrows and other signs on the A61 and A659

· 2 to arrive early at Harewood 08:00 to help with car parking (otherwise I will need to pay Harewood £100 for their staff)

· 1 person to man the information tent (don’t worry, we’ll tell you information you need to give out)

· 2 more marshals
