1. We will securely hold your email address and emergency contact details until you ask us to delete them or you tell us that you have decided not to become a member or a period of 3 months has elapsed since the last contact from you

2. If you go on to become a club member, then more information will be required from you to allow us to administer your membership and allow you to reap the full benefits of being a Valley Striders Club member. Note that email is our prime method of communicating with you

3. We will email the weekly Valley Striders Runners' Newsletter to you unless you opt-out by emailing [email protected] with a subject of OPT OUT

4. Our Data Privacy Statement can be viewed at www.valleystriders.org.uk/gdpr.htm . This will inform you what data we will hold about you and how we will use that data should you become a member
