Valley Striders Privacy Policy - to parents of junior prospective members (waiting list)

This email is to explain what data we hold about you, how we use it, and what you need to do to continue to receive information from us.

Our policy can be found at www.valleystriders.org.uk/gdpr.htm.

You need to opt in to continue to receive emails from us. Do this by sending an email titled OPT IN to [email protected].

If you don't reply by June 5^th 2018 we will assume that you are no longer considering joining our club and we will remove you from our distribution list and also remove all personal data that we hold about you.

A review of the waiting list will take place shortly and we will offer places to some of you after that review. Those that don't get invited to train with us will still get invited to events such as our summer mile on Tuesday 26 June.
